PURCHASE AGREEMENT – EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON CHECKOUT

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. You are the authorized cardholder, or you have explicit permission from the cardholder to complete this purchase.

  2. All sales are final. Due to the nature of body care and personal products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.

  3. When the carrier marks a package as Delivered, this constitutes proof of delivery to the address provided at checkout.
    We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

  4. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

  5. Individual results vary. Dissatisfaction with product results does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

  6. Filing a chargeback after receiving your order or tracking confirmation is considered fraud and theft of goods.
    Fraudulent chargebacks will be:

    • Disputed with your bank using proof of delivery & IP/device match data

    • Reported to the shipping carrier

    • Escalated for mail fraud investigation if necessary

By completing checkout, you confirm you understand and agree to all store policies.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Tracking numbers are provided for every order.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Missing packages after delivery

  • Delays caused by USPS/UPS

For missing mail claims, please contact the carrier directly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference of scent/texture/consistency

  • Dissatisfaction with results (“didn’t work for me”)

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of product & packaging

Eligible cases will be reviewed for replacement.

PAYMENT, FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

Submitting a chargeback for an order that was received is considered fraud.

  • Submit evidence to dispute the chargeback

  • Permanently ban the customer from future purchases
