Order Processing:
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying a new shipping label for reshipment.
Tracking:
All orders include tracking. Once the carrier scans the package as Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Lost / Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing mail claim. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as Delivered.
This policy protects us from fraudulent claims.
Shipping Delays:
Carrier delays (USPS/UPS) are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds. Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.
Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to:

Refused delivery

Unable to deliver
You will be contacted. You will have the option to pay for reshipment.
No refunds will be issued for returned or refused packages.
International Orders:
Customs fees, import taxes, or delivery issues due to customs inspections are the responsibility of the customer.
